Boot Camp is a blend of strength, dynamic cardio and flexibility training to help you reach your fitness goals. An intense circuit format is meant to target a diverse range of muscle groups. Functional training can be fun with this bi-weekly hour long class. Classes will focus on all around fitness with an emphasis on climbing and skiing muscle groups.
Why sign up? Because working out with friends is more fun than sweating solo.

Member drop-in: $5 per class
Non-Member drop-in: $10 per class
