We party!

Birthday Parties, School Parties, Scout Parties, Group Parties or WHATEVER Parties!  You name the party and we’ll host it.  With activities ranging from group climbing instruction to challenging games, people of all ages are sure to have a great time!


Pricing

Bronze – $250.00 (minimum) up to 10 participants
$20.00 per additional participant (with a maximum of 16 participants) and includes additional instructor. Please inform us ahead of time if you will be have more than 10 participants to ensure proper scheduling.

Silver – $350 (minimum) up to 10 participants
$25 per additional participant (with a maximum of 16 participants) and includes additional instructor. Please inform us ahead of time if you will be have more than 10 participants to ensure proper scheduling.
Comes with enough pizza to feed your group + soda, gatorade & juice combo.

Gold – $500 (minimum) up to 10 participants
$30 per additional participant (with a maximum of 16 participants) and includes additional instructor. Please inform us ahead of time if you will be have more than 10 participants to ensure proper scheduling.

Deposit

$100.00 (minimum) due at time of booking
$50 is a non-refundable deposit

Additional participants (more than 10), will be added to the price the day of the party


Day of party requirements

Event balance must be paid in full on or before the event date
All participant waivers must be completed and handed in before the party can begin
We must know at this point the number of participants to provide proper number of instructors
Kids (under 18) without parent or guardian waivers will not be allowed to climb
We do not save credit card information so please come prepared to pay the full balance due

Saturday
2:00pm – 4:00pm
4:30pm-6:30pm

Sunday
11:30am – 1:30pm
2:30pm – 4:30pm


What you get

Two hours climbing (2 hours of staff instruction and open climbing)
-if there are more than 10 participants you will receive two instructors
Rental shoes for participants
Tables & chairs for eating and partying

Food or beverage (No alcohol allowed)

Booking is online and requires a $100 deposit

Cancellation policy 

The $50 non-refundable will become the cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days ahead of time
The $100 deposit paid at booking, becomes non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the party
